the name
If you are wondering about the name, as I was creating the LLC, I of course needed a name that was unique as a state business name as-well-as a web Domain name.
I had recently been re-reading The Hobbit since first reading it as a kid (awesome read BTW).
Well, you guessed it, the name "Misty Mountain Services" was unique both as a state business and web Domain.
So that's the story of the name.
